About Our Baked Goods from Mountain Valley View Farm, Inc.

Some time ago Karen was asked to bake a homemade pie and ship it as a gift.  Since then she has had numerous requests to ship other home baked goods.

The Getaway Studio at Mountain Valley View Farm, Inc. now ships frozen home-baked items from Karen’s Kitchen on a very limited basis.  The items rotate on availability and are made in small batches with farm fresh ingredients.  There is often a waiting list so please plan ahead to order these items.

Currently Mountain Valley View Farm, Inc. has a list of items we will be selling, but this list will expand so please share this site with your friends and come back to visit often.

Sour Cream Twists – a delicious cookie or bread that is twisted into shape and is delicious straight out of the oven or served cold.  You can be the judge on which you like best.

Yugoslavian Poppy Seed Roll – traditional pastry sweet bread that stretches thin across a table, filled with sweetened walnuts.

Yugoslavian Poteca – a moist and rich coffee cake usually with a sweet walnut filling

Wild Huckleberry Pie – a delicious huckleberry pie made with wild, fresh huckleberries

From I-90 East or West

Take the Sullivan Exit (291B) – South for about 3 miles
Turn left on Saltese (east), and continue straight for .5 mile
Turn right on South Chapman Road (south), and proceed .9 mile
The farm will be on the left-hand side of the road – 4301 South Chapman Road
